There is a better faster way to colour: Colour around the inside of the outline and then use the wand to select inside the area and then fill it with the bucket tool. Easy :)

That is easier but it looks sloppy and horrible.
A skilled artist like Rueme would never use such a lazy technique.

As long as you work on shading by hand and colouring of clothes etc you won't tell a difference ;P
